On Monday ground commander Kimberly Goguen reported the house should be focused on bills that mean something to the American people such as abolishing the IRS and implementing a “spending tax only” through the actual government department called “The Tax Authority” which still exists.
House Republican Buddy Carter is reintroducing the Fair Tax Act which aims to abolish the IRS. The bill also includes the elimination of income tax and other taxes and replace them with a single consumption tax. The vote on the bill was made as a part of the deal between house speaker Kevin McCarthy and members of the house freedom caucus and was pushed forward in his quest for the gavel.
Carter said…”cosponsoring this Georgia made legislation was my first act as a member of congress and is fittingly, the first bill I am introducing in the 118th congress”. The rep from Georgia said “instead of adding 87 thousand new agents to weaponize the IRS against small business owners and middle America, this bill will eliminate the need for the department entirely by simplifying the tax code with provisions that work for the American people and encourage growth and innovation”. Carter then added “armed, unelected bureaucrats should not have more power over your paycheck then you do”
The sixteenth amendment of the constitution of the United States allowed congress to levy an income tax without dividing it among the states by its population. There is no coincidence the law passed in February of 1913 just months before president Woodrow Wilson signed the federal reserve act into law in December of that same year. Inside the Federal Reserve act is their governance over the IRS and all your taxes.
Currently the IRS sends eighty percent of all taxes collected directly to Rothschild bank in Switzerland and the cash never returns to the American government, federal nor state to fund public programs.
The same goes for nearly every nation’s taxes in the world. These collected taxes are what is keeping the deep state and the order of the dragon afloat. The historic bill would implement spending tax only here in the United States which would be collected by an actual government run department. Last year officers of the United States government tax authority drafted the “spending tax only plan” with 100 percent of the tax going to fund state governments and congressional bills. Which is how it should be.
We would suggest the house contact this department in New York for the complete plan, and perhaps its “author” should be nominated to run the revised department. If the bill passes, every nation in the world should do the same. Then all that is left to contend with is the world trade organization’s control and collection of customs taxes. We suggest congress also take a look at the second most important drain on the United States economy.
Finally, a bill, with a few modifications, that will actually get ratified!
We can only hope that four-hour long conversation with Mr. Melville, the deputy director of the US division of the Global Intelligence Agency and several members of the house did not fall on deaf ears yesterday.
